This collection highlights two multi-page communication projects created for different audiences and purposes: an event program for PAXCON 2023 and an interactive internal company newsletter. Both projects required organizing a large amount of information into clear, engaging layouts while maintaining visual consistency across multiple pages.
My work included establishing hierarchy, developing repeatable page systems, formatting editorial and promotional content, preparing imagery, and balancing practical information with more engaging visual elements.

January 2026 Customer Newsletter
This 11-page customer newsletter provided PAX partners with a broad update on company leadership, product developments, partner initiatives, PAXCON 2025, training and digital asset resources, and upcoming industry events.
I collaborated closely with marketing leadership to organize the content, establish the editorial flow, and translate a wide range of company updates into a cohesive public-facing publication. I designed the full document and incorporated product imagery alongside original photography I captured of the company’s former CEO and PAXCON attendees.
The newsletter was designed to keep partners informed while reinforcing the PAX brand across leadership communications, product marketing, event promotion, partnership news, and customer resources.
Note: The video linked on page 7 was moved. You can still watch it on the PAXCON 2025 page here on my website.
Payment Hardware RFP Response
This 24-page proposal responded to a payment-hardware RFP and brought together technical, operational, compliance, and business information in a structured, branded document.
I collaborated closely with marketing leadership, sales, and product management to translate the source material into a polished client-facing response. Sales and product teams developed the core technical and business content, while I created the visual system, organized the information, and designed the document to make the proposal clear, credible, and persuasive.
The portfolio version has been shortened and anonymized to protect confidential client and proposal information while preserving the overall design approach used throughout the full response.
PAXCON 2023 Program
The PAXCON 2023 program served as both an event guide and a promotional publication. It included the conference agenda, speaker information, profiles of senior PAX attendees, sponsor advertisements, and company promotional content.
I designed the program to help attendees navigate the event while giving sponsors and internal teams clear, visually distinct spaces for messaging. I also added puzzles and activities at the back of the program to make the piece more engaging and useful beyond the scheduled sessions.
Internal Interactive Newsletter
The internal newsletter was designed as an interactive digital publication for company communications. It highlighted Employees of the Quarter, PAX products encountered “in the wild,” company announcements, and other organizational updates.
The design focused on making internal information easier to browse and more visually engaging than a conventional email or text-heavy document. Reusable layouts and interactive navigation helped create a consistent reading experience across recurring sections and varied content types.
